This would be even funnier if it wasn’t so close to the truth. This post deals with the reasons you shouldn’t be a “worship leader” (in the same vein as “You might be a redneck if…”).
Here are my favorites from the list:
- You like to greet the congregation on Sunday morning with: “Yo, sinners, are you ready to rock?!?”
- When people in your congregation present you with songs they’ve written saying “God gave me this song” you respond with “Can you give it back?”
- You keep confusing the Regulative Principle with the Prime Directive.
